From the Idea to the Sustainable Revolution
It all started in 2014 with a simple but revolutionary idea: two students, Julian and Stefan, had the vision of making coffee enjoyment in capsules sustainable. They wanted to create something that combined convenience and environmental protection - and so the rezemo journey began.
The big launch!
After countless prototypes and a lot of passion, the time finally came in 2019: With their innovative wooden coffee capsule, the two ventured into the TV show "Die Höhle der Löwen". Their pitch immediately impressed four investors - but instead of accepting an offer, the founders decided to go their own way.
That was just the beginning.
The sustainable mission and passion for really good coffee have made the rezemo team grow. And now, in 2024, we at Gliss Caffee are thrilled to open the next chapter: Michael Gliss, renowned coffee sommelier and expert in the world of coffee, has taken over rezemo.

We only use renewable raw materials from sustainable and ecological sources and completely avoid fossil plastics and aluminum. During production, we pay attention to short and ecological routes in order to make it environmentally friendly.

We only use the highest quality materials to produce our rezemo coffee capsules and fill them exclusively with drum-roasted premium coffees that are grown and processed under the highest standards for quality and the environment.

We make no compromises when it comes to ingredients and their processing and communicate this comprehensively and honestly. We are an independent and founder-led company. This ensures that we have comprehensive control over our entire production chain and therefore its transparency.
